How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping (on most items) to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of HomGrow (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc.).

*You can submit refund requests within 7 calendar days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-21 business days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
I have long and carefully chosen protection for the seats where the kids sit and already tried several cheaper car covers from Amazon. But these are the best. Received my very quickly and in excellent packaging.These seat protectors are very neatly made, have good attachment system and a anti slip bottom layer. With these protectors my car interior looks so cute! The design is so beautiful and stylish. I have one child traveling in his child seat, but I took two to make it look better. These seat covers are easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth and the materials are solid. Very happy with my purchase! Quality is a WOW! I ordered one for a gift. The protector turned out to be soft yet durable. Protectts the seats from dirt, scratches, any other damage. Suitable for a child seat, and generally for a daily upholstery protection. I think it can be used for the front seats too, if the extended bottom layer doesn’t interfere with driving, but I'm not sure. I’ve been looking for a nice seat protector for a veeeery long time. The most important criteria were the quality of stitching and length in the leg area. Bought this to protect the upholstery under the child seat in my Nissan Altima. This cover completely covered the seat, and under children's feet it’s lengthened so everything is also protected! What I can say after a week of everyday trips with my 5-year-old: the quality is excellent and cleaning is easy with a damp cloth or a wet wipe. For Ford Focus, the size is what you need. I ordered two for the back seats of my Toyota Camry. Protectors are simple to install, neat and stylish. The quality of sewing and materials justify the high price. The eco-leather they used is very soft and pleasant to the touch! I definitely recommend this seat protector, not only for a child car seat, but in general if you want to "update" your car interior
Received this a week ago. The protector is sewn neatly and looks cool in the black leather cabin! Attaches firmly and doesn’t move under the child seat 👍 the child seat itself was installed on top without any problems. This protector is also quite comfortable to sit on. So we want to order more for all other car seats to have a full set!

This seat protector looks beautiful, the color is nice and the leather feels nice too! Hooks are metal, NOT PLASTIC!! The back side has anti-slip effect. In my humble opinion this is the best option to protect car seats from dirt and scratches!!
Upper layer is soft eco leather. All layers are well stitched together, this won’t allow the protector to deform over time. On the back side there is rubber or PVC coating that creates an anti-slip effect. Great protector to use under a child car seat.
High-quality, cute car seat protectors that are also easy for instalation and cleaning. Toyota Corolla suits well. My wife was worried about how the child car seat would fit on top, but everything is very firmly and securely fastened together.

I’ve been using this car protector for two months now, so far everything’s great. It looks cute, doesn’t slip and doesn’t overheat. Good for protecting the seat. Probably wil llook better in a black-colored car.
